D3lta Development Studios does not provide, publish, or disclose the method(s) used to create our standalone lightbars and equipment. These methods are proprietary, independently developed, and have not been shared publicly or privately. The time and effort invested into perfecting this work will not be made available for others to replicate.
Redistributing standalone lightbars or equipment using any of our methods is strictly prohibited, including attempts to reverse engineer, reproduce, document, teach, or otherwise expose our creation process. Any sharing of our methods (in whole or in part) to the public or to third parties is a violation of our PLA and this Usage Policy.
D3lta Development Studios has been the only provider of standalone lightbars for multiple years, with extensive time invested from initial prototypes through long-term refinements. We will enforce our rights and protect our work against misuse within the FiveM community.
Engaging with or purchasing leaked assets from unauthorized developers or stores that originate from our products is strictly prohibited. This policy is enforced to protect our intellectual property and the integrity of our offerings.
Violations of any part of this Usage Policy will result in severe consequences. Users found in violation, including but not limited to the engagement with or purchase of leaked assets or the unauthorized reproduction/distribution of standalone lightbars using our methods, will likely face a ban from all D3lta services. Additionally, any assets or services acquired in violation of this policy may be paused or stripped from their accounts without a refund. Then proceeding to Enforcement and Legal Measures.
We actively monitor for violations and will promptly enforce these policies. Enforcement may include suspension or termination of your access to our services. We also reserve the right to take any necessary legal action to protect our rights and property, ensuring the integrity and security of our offerings.
We may update this Usage Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be clearly communicated through our website, Discord or services.
